Matt Powell (mjp20k@yahoo.com, 804-230-0154) This is hike #6 in the 15th edition (2005) of the Potomac Appalachian Trail Club's "Circuit Hikes in Shenandoah National Park" guide. It's 13.1 miles, with 2900 feet of elevation change. The hike features 14 crossings of Jeremys Run, which should be at a low level in early December.

The ODATC Mission

The construction and maintenance of foot trails for hikers, including the Appalachian Trail between Reids Gap and Rockfish Gap.

The provision of excursions on such trails or other areas.

Offering educational activities related to the need for preserving the great outdoors.
