Brisk early morning hike along the James River Park System with variations upon the theme.: Distance: 5 - 6 miles depending on route. Different route every week Time: 7:30 a.m. to 9:30 a.m.
Meet at the Climbing Wall Parking Lot located at the end of Semmes Ave, where a left turn becomes an entrance ramp onto the Manchester Bridge.
The ODATC Mission
The construction and maintenance of foot trails for hikers, including the Appalachian Trail between Reids Gap and Rockfish Gap.
The provision of excursions on such trails or other areas.
Offering educational activities related to the need for preserving the great outdoors.
