The trip begins with a 7 miles walk down the beach from Little Island City Park to our Barbour Hill Campsites. Each day includes a variety of hiking options, bird watching, nature study, and exploring this beautiful environment. Make your camping reservation at 1-800-933-7275. Heads up: 14 new camp sites have been added, the online map is not complete. Outdoor showers are expected April. We may be able to inaugurate them. I am at BH 14 this year, ocean side, the old BH 05. Contact Barbara for additional information and coordination of camping sites and carpooling. The park will generally allow two tents per site, so there is an opportunity to share sites and save money.
