NOTE: given the dreadful weather forecast, this hike is cancelled. I will try to reschedule later this spring.

This is about a 10 mile flat out and back hike through a great natural place. I often see wildlife on this hike, including bear, bobcat, water moccasin, and river otter, but no guarantees. I will limit this hike to 12. The turn-around point and lunch spot is Lake Drummond, one of two natural lakes in Virginia – who knows the other one? Email me for staging area information, but it will be an early start because it is a long way down and back. We will be leaving from the east side of town and car-pooling.
