June 20 (Tuesday) Tuesday Morning Series - James River Park – RVA (C/2)
Lisa Bagby (350-3005 or m.lisa.g.bagby@gmail.com). This is one of a series of brisk walks along the James River to start each Tuesday morning. Each hike will be a different combination of the North Bank, Buttermilk or Floodwall Trails and will last about two hours. Meet at the free parking lot on Tredegar Street between 2nd Street and the Lee Bridge. Bring water and snacks. Meet at 8:00 am.
The ODATC Mission
The construction and maintenance of foot trails for hikers, including the Appalachian Trail between Reids Gap and Rockfish Gap.
The provision of excursions on such trails or other areas.
Offering educational activities related to the need for preserving the great outdoors.
