This hike offers unique opportunity to visit historic Belmead Plantation. Bring binoculars, water, and hiking boots. Be prepared for ticks and uneven terrain. No birding skills required, just willingness to observe and bushwhack. I'll do the recording. We will have 5 miles of hiking on the bird survey with an additional 2-3 miles possible. Meet in front of Joann’s Fabric, Westchester Commons, 288& 60 at 7:30 am. Option to stop for lunch. Contact Barbara Stewart, (bleafstewart@gmail.com) or 804-502-8193 (m) on the day of hike.
