Bill Tennant (282-0590 or Willyten10@aol.com) Let’s do a circuit of three nice waterfalls in Shenandoah National Park.  Dark Hollow Falls, Rose River Falls and Lewis Falls are all located in the Central section around the Big Meadows area.  It’s a little over 9 miles and we’ll climb about 2200 feet by the time we’re done.  (You’ll have an option to cut out one of the falls and do an easier 6.5 miles and 1500 feet of elevation ).  This time of year it shouldn’t be crowded, the trees won’t yet be in bloom so the views of the falls should be great, and the snow melt and spring rains should show us the falls at their best.  Contact Bill for time and meeting place.
